Contemporary hotel, and fairly new, with nice concepts. Rooms were clean and well appointed.

Security with low confidence yo deal with guests parking at the main entrance of the Hotel. Also, some tips on how to approach guests and to deal with them. The carpet in the corridor is stuffy and smells The team at the breakfast room, at the early morning not really switched on.. needs to follow orders for those guest who order omelette etc. Placed order but had to again call to have it on table...

We had fun.

Location

The reception upon check in informed me that my child was not included in the booking. We are family of course she’s included. This is my first time I experienced being asked. My mistake was I booked only for 2 but for other hotel they will not asked me anymore as long as my child has her ID.

Great family stay, cozy and clean.

I think this is a great hotel to stay at with kids. It had a pool that had good hours opened. It also had a play area open 24 hours, and a small grocery store.

The location is a bit far, so either come prepared, as deliveries can be difficult, and might be better to go get some food from the Last Exit where all the food trucks are.

Excellent service and food. Very friendly staff in assisting clients. Happy to meet some Pilipinos working in your hotel we are very proud to see them. We are very happy, secure and grateful that we choice your hotel we feel like at home.

It should have been better your hotel is accessible by bus, metro except by taxi which is very expensive to spent visiting ang sigt seeing your beautiful Dubai although your shuttle bus made a very good service.

It was a memorable stay since everything was to our taste.

Breakfast was superb. Location was ok since nearby the hotel were Shopping Areas and recreational. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely make a comeback should we visit UAE again.

If I planned another trip passing by this hotel, it will definitely be a stop for stay here.

It wasn't the most outstanding stay, and perhaps because it was for one night. However, for me its all about feeling the reaction and striving for quality services by eagerly responding to the guests' needs and fulfilling their satisfaction, this hotel runs under those standards. From Trixe working during breakfast time, and Amira managing at the front desk. Other things I was pleased with were: - My daughter's enjoyment of the small play space near the dinning area. - Amusement Park and an Outlet is close by. - A great hotel for those who are looking for a quiet surrounding atmosphere due to less traffic and being secluded from the noise of the city.

Superb experience of staying in dubai

Everything inside the hotel was perfect and out class especially 24/7 timings of gym were unbelievable as I haven't seen gym to be available day & night in so many other hotels even 5 stars

The location was too far from the down town and it was really a big challenge to find a cab coming to such a far away location

the ceiling tile at the restroom suddenly fell, good thing that we were outside and my sister was on bed; if someone was using it, it will fall directly on the head, we called and they fix it but they should always check safety measures
